1. Booking Terms

By booking a trek with WildEdge, you agree to our terms and conditions. All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation from our team.

2. Payment Policy

A minimum 30% advance payment is required to confirm your booking. The remaining balance must be paid at least 15 days before the trek start date.

3. Cancellation & Refunds

• Cancellations 30+ days before trek: 90% refund
• Cancellations 15-30 days before trek: 50% refund
• Cancellations less than 15 days: No refund
• Booking transfer to another batch is allowed (subject to availability)

4. Participant Responsibilities

Participants must ensure they are physically fit for the trek, follow trek leader instructions, respect local culture and environment, and carry proper documentation (ID proof, medical certificates if required).

5. Liability

WildEdge takes all necessary safety precautions, but trekking involves inherent risks. Participants are responsible for their own safety and are strongly advised to obtain travel insurance.

6. Force Majeure

WildEdge is not liable for trip cancellations or modifications due to natural calamities, political unrest, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.
